MARK YOUR STEPS

You’ve walked through the Fog on the Path.

You’ve seen how distorted thoughts creep in: how they feel, how they mislead, and how they can be challenged.

Now it’s time to make sure you truly understand what you’ve covered.

This isn’t about passing or failing.
It’s about clarity.
It’s about recognizing these patterns when they show up in your mind, so that when you face the fog, you don’t get lost in it.

What to Expect

You’ll answer a short series of questions about the distortions you’ve just studied: how they work, how to spot them, and how they hide.

At the end, you’ll be taken to a checkpoint page.

That’s where your badge will be awarded.
That’s where the next phase begins.

If you're ready, take a breath, and mark your steps.

For each of the foggy thoughts below, choose the distortion that applies most strongly.

Some thoughts may involve more than one type of Fog—but your task is to pick the one doing the most damage.
