CLEAR
METHOD

As we travel the Path, we often find ourselves walking through fog. Fear, shame, regret, anger, envy, and countless other struggles can cloud our judgment until assumptions begin to feel like certainty. In the fog, distortions quietly shape the way we see ourselves, other people, and the road ahead. Before long, we are no longer responding to the world as it is, but to the story we have begun telling ourselves about it.

The CLEAR Method is a practical framework for bringing those thoughts before reason. It teaches us to identify the distortions that cloud our judgment, examine them carefully, and replace them with thoughts that better equip us to live with Courage, Wisdom, Self-Control, and Justice.

This section contains the resources that make up the CLEAR Method. If you are new to CLEAR, begin with the CLEAR Master Course, then continue exploring the resources as you grow in understanding and practice.

The fog may not disappear all at once, but with reason as our guide, the Path becomes easier to see.
